Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped and seeded jalapeno pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne or crushed red pepper
- 5 cups baby carrots

- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, process until smooth.
- Chill until serving. Serve with baby carrots.
