Ingredients
- 1/2 gallon water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 pound fresh Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 pound carrots
- 1/2 pound green beans
- 1/4 cup craisins
- 1/2 Tbsp. Butter

Instructions
- Place the water into a pot and bring up to a boil.
- Add the salt, then the vegetables. Keep uncovered. Cook for about 3 minutes until firm-tender. Strain the vegetables and place them back into the cooking pot.
- Add the craisins and the butter. Cook for 1-2 more minutes. Serve.
