Strawberry Yogurt Pops

Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt

Instructions
- Rinse strawberries, remove stems and slice.
- Place strawberries, sweetener and vanilla in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until berries are tender.
- Place berry mixture in a blender or food processer and process until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
- Fold berry mixture into yogurt. Place mixture into small portion cups with a plastic spoon sticking up as the handle. Freeze overnight.
- When serving, the spoon can serve as a "popsicle stick" or be removed and used to eat the frozen treat.
