Roasted Brussels Sprouts

fresh Brussels sprouts
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash and remove the ends of each sprout, along with any discolored leaves. If using larger sprouts, chop them in half.
Toss sprouts with oil, salt and pepper.
Spread onto a sheet pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are browned and sprouts are tender. Larger sprouts or frozen sprouts will take longer to cook. Remove and enjoy!
