Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh Brussels sprouts
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash and remove the ends of each sprout, along with any discolored leaves. If using larger sprouts, chop them in half.
- Toss sprouts with oil, salt and pepper.
- Spread onto a sheet pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are browned and sprouts are tender. Larger sprouts or frozen sprouts will take longer to cook. Remove and enjoy!
