Ingredients
- 4 Portobello mushroom caps
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 red bell peppers
- 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce
- 1/8 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions
- Cover with lid; cook eight minutes or until tender; stirring as needed.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and honey to make honey mustard.
