Ingredients
- 2 cups finely chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 small jalapeno
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients; cover and refrigerate for an hour or more to blend flavors.
- Serve with baked tortilla chips or with grilled or broiled fish, or chicken.
