Honey Glazed Rutabagas and Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 pound diced, peeled rutabagas
- 1 pound diced, peeled carrots
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water up to a boil. Add the rutabagas & carrots and cook for 4-5 minutes until fork tender.
- Drain the water and add the remaining ingredients to season. Stir well and serve.
