Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked orzo pasta
- 2 cups chopped cucumbers
- 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. honey
- salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a large bowl toss together cooked pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, onions and basil.
- In a small bowl combine oil, lemon juice, mustard and honey; mix well.
- Just before serving, add the dressing to the pasta and stir until combined.
- Season salad with salt & pepper and serve immediately.
