Gingered Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  • 8ounces bowtie pasta
  • 1cup frozen shelled edamame
  • 1small head cauliflower
  • 1medium red bell pepper
  • 1small yellow bell pepper
  • 1small red onion
  • 1tsp. minced fresh gingerroot
  • 1cup sesame ginger salad dressing
  • 3cup green onions
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; add edamame during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together pasta and next 5 ingredients. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with green onions. Chill until serving.
