Ingredients
  • 2 peaches, diced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced red pepper
  • 1 mango, peeled & diced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped seeded jalapeno
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; gently stir.
  2. Serve with chips, as a side salad, or on top of grilled chicken or fish.
