Fresh Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangos, diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1 large lime, juiced
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour prior to serving to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve as a side dish with tortilla chips or on top of baked chicken.
