- 1 1/2 cups finely shredded zucchini
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 ounces plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- raw vegetables or crackers*

- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients; refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled with raw vegetables or crackers.
