Instructions
Heat oil in a non-stick soup pot over medium heat. Add onion, jalapeno, garlic and salt; cook 5-10 min. until softened. Add oregano, cumin, chili powder and cayenne, cook an additional min. Add beans and broth to pot, bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered 10 min. Stir in juice of choice.
Remove from heat and puree soup using an immersion blender, or in small batches in a regular blender. Serving size about 1 cup.
