- 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1 Cup Reduced Fat or Skim Milk
- 3/4 Cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Quick Cooking Oats

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Add additional milk, if needed, to achieve desired consistency. Transfer to a thermos or cup. Shake or stir well before serving.
