Fall is almost here, the kids are back in school, and summer vacations are slowly coming to an end. Now is a great time to fall back into a fitness routine! Join us for a 2 week community-wide Fall Back Into Fitness Challenge starting October 3rd! The goal of the challenge is to be physically active at least 30 minutes per day or 150 minutes per week.
As part of the challenge you will receive:
- Daily emails with nutrition tips from local Registered Dietitians, physical activity ideas, and motivational messages.
- A challenge log to track daily physical activity in 15 minute increments.
- A BONUS bingo card with additional physical activity ideas.
