Congratulations on completing the 2014 Biggest Health Challenge and implementing healthy lifestyle changes!! We hope you are able to apply what you have learned, throughout these 8 weeks, to make permanent and positive changes in your daily routines.
Everyone knows that if you go back to your old eating patterns, the weight will come back on. The only way to lose weight and to keep it off is to make permanent changes in what and how much you eat and how often you are exercising. By keeping a long-term goal in mind, you may find it easier to remember that any change in behavior takes time and practice. So be patient with yourself. Think of yourself as practicing your new eating and activity habits- just like you would practice a new instrument or skill. Most change gets easier over time so the more you work at it, the easier it gets. –Elizabeth Scherer

Top winners in the paid challenge will receive a FREE One Year membership to the YMCA. (Eligible to those that are not current YMCA members).
